"Team Altec" is a common term heard everyday around Altec. The typical Altec Team member is hands-on, driven, high energy and creative in the ways they design, manufacture and sell Altec products and services. Altec promotes an environment built on collaboration where knowledge is shared and innovative solutions are the result.

Many of Altec associates will spend their entire career with us; most people simply don’t want to leave. One reason for this is that each day at Altec is different from the day before. Altec is a custom manufacturer and our associates are challenged every day to build new solutions to make our customers' jobs easier, whether that’s keeping the lights on, trimming trees or lifting building materials to new heights.
