Responsible for the execution of software testing on existing and new applications to ensure the functionality meets defined requirements. Qualified candidates will document bugs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development and business analyst throughout the software development cycle. Resolves moderate to complex issues through system support for the business unit for which they serve.


  • Execute test cases to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the software product
  • Analyze requirements documentation to create detailed and comprehensive test cases and plans
  • Work as part of an Agile team, with cross-functional team consideration, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with team to resolve moderate to complex user support issues
  • Prepare and maintain training and system documentation of new products
  • Assist with creation of release notes and training plans
  • Participate in continuous improvement events
  • Remain highly adaptable - due to the turbulent nature of priorities in supporting customers, this role requires high adaptability to changing demands, deadlines, and priorities


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but consideration may be given to an exceptional candidate with two years relevant work experience.
  • Experience with PITStudio or other PIT Applications strongly preferred.
  • Preference given to associates with experience in SQL, PowerBI, or other low code/no code tools.


  • Good analytical, verbal and written skills required
  • Maintain company confidentiality
  • Provide user support for Altec associates via phone, email and in person
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours to resolves issues or complete special projects
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed to perform job duties up to 25%
