This newly created Talent Acquisition Supervisor will partner with managers and human resources colleagues to deliver all facets of recruiting success on the Altec Midwest campus. This success is achieved through developing effective recruiting plans utilizing solid traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This position needs a strong and enthusiastic person whose responsibility will be to provide direction and support to recruiters who are engaged in the full spectrum of sourcing, identifying, and attracting talent to fill openings on the Midwest campus (St. Joseph, MO & Wathena, KS). The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent through effective sourcing, screening, candidate assessment and process coaching.
