This position will create, maintain, and follow customer preventative maintenance schedules.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and maintain preventative maintenance calendars for customers
  • Ensure customer follow-up after information & quotes have been sent
  • Update customer folders daily and maintain customer files
  • Responsible for monitoring monthly compliance reports and ensuring at least an 85% compliance rate per customer    
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, workbooks and files
  • Ensure new vendors are setup as needed
  • Responsible for maintaining office supplies, department specific supplies, training material etc.
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted. 

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Acts with integrity and handles confidential information appropriately
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and other office management applications
