Proven IT manager for HCM applications and strategies, including payroll, benefits, workforce management, core HR, talent management, recruiting, performance management and training. Communicates regularly and effectively with Senior Management to develop the systems roadmap and strategy. 


  • IS Leader responsible for HCM and training applications and related long-term application strategies.
  • Participates in planning with Senior Management to ensure alignment of systems initiatives with business objectives and strategies.
  • Manages Agile work teams, process improvement, application implementations, software evaluations and support.
  • Stays current on IT best practices and capabilities of world class applications for designated areas of responsibility.
  • Mentors and manages direct reports.
  • HRIS resource planning, including internal staffing and outside service firms
  • Manages costs and budgets for designated areas of responsibility
  • Contracts, ongoing due diligence, relationships and product lifecycles for 3rd party applications, partners and suppliers
  • Ensure industry best practices related to governance, Agile processes, and IT standards are followed.


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least eight years relevant job experience required.Peoplesoft and Kronos experience preferred.
  • Has a broad understanding of business processes and applications across the enterprise


  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours to resolves issues or complete special projects
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed to perform job duties; up to 25% may be required.
