Basic Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • A/P and A/R experience or accounting schooling is a definite plus!
  • At a minimum, the successful candidate will have an interest in and strong aptitude for accounting 
  • High School Diploma or GED with one year of accounting-related experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree would be accepted in lieu of experience and is preferred
  • Acts with integrity and handles confidential information appropriately
  • Current valid Driver’s License
  • PC skills using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Mechanical aptitude, product, or industry knowledge is helpful but not necessary

Major Responsibilities

  • Billing customers and costing vendor invoices
  • Pay vendors
  • Keeping customer and accounting files up to date
  • Manage vendor accounts
  • Audit vendor bills and customer invoices monthly
  • Entry to QuickBooks
  • Mechanical aptitude, product, or industry knowledge is helpful but not necessary
