Altec is currently looking for Supply Chain Support Associate in St. Joseph, MO. In this role you will prepare and process purchase orders, resolve invoices, communicate with suppliers, and collaborate with material teams across Altec Inc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in lieu of experience.

OR

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2 years applicable experience
• Microsoft Office suite experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts required.
• Oracle/ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transactions for Inventory Management (Kanban, Packing Slips, RMR, Exception Reports, VMI, etc).
• Prepare and process purchase Orders (Auto Creates).
• Data Organization.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers.
• Error resolution.
• All other duties as assigned.
