Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.

Assists Chassis Procurement Team with processing of chassis recalls, data entry and organization and supports other chassis team functions with close supervision and oversight.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.

• Experience required:
  • External: 2 years of applicable experience.
  • Internal: 1-year Altec experience, Supply Chain functions preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts preferred.
• Oracle/ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log and prepare chassis recalls as received from suppliers.
• Investigate chassis recall discrepancies and updates.
• Data organization.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.
