Responsibilities
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Provides customers with support of all activities throughout the entire rental process and ensures customer satisfaction. Promotes equipment rental activity with existing and new customers through active field and/or telephone communication
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Determines customer needs by interacting with customers (primarily by phone or virtually, but occasionally face-to-face).
• Supports outside Account Managers
• Quotes for requested services
• Prepares approved rental agreements
• Maintains records & files and coordinates billing processes
• Coordinates logistical and service (preventative or emergency) support for equipment
• All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma required.
• Four years applicable / related experience – OR – Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
