Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement and Retrospective.
- Identify and help the team overcome challenges and escalate issues that hinder the team's progress to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Protect the team and their work from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Maintain and update team performance metrics to ensure accurate and transparent feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Continuously enhance the team's Agile practices through retrospectives and process optimization.
- Understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream team dependencies.
- Cultivate a collaborative and transparent work environment within the team.
- Participate in an Agile community of practice and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the delivery process.
- Stay informed about the latest Agile trends and best practices.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline strongly preferred, but consideration may be given to an exceptional candidate with two years relevant work experience
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
- Ability to encourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, and supporting overall delivery performance and efficiency.
- Ability to identify team improvement opportunities and to coach a team to better outcomes using process improvement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with team members at all levels.
- Ability to resolve problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills within a team.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal direction.
- Possession of excellent collaboration skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Preferred experience working in a technology delivery environment.
- Preferred familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira.
The job level may be modified upward based on the qualifications of the candidate
