Responsibilities
Altec Capital Services (ACS), a division of Altec, is hiring an Accounting Associate in Birmingham, AL. This is an entry level accounting position that processes standard accounting transactions under direct supervision.

Altec Capital Services (ACS) is a division of Altec, that offers a variety of flexible and affordable finance options for equipment to help our customers improve cash flow while increasing overall profitability.
Responsibilities
Processing payments for suppliers
Thorough and accurate review of transactions
High volume transaction processing
Communication with suppliers or customers regarding account status
All other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
High School Diploma or GED required. Some experience preferred
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
PC skills Office 365 suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with team members and work with direct supervision
Personal Credit Check and Approval required
