Job Description

Responsibilities

Altec Capital Services (ACS), a division of Altec, is hiring an Asset Management Sales Support Representative in Birmingham, AL. This position provides a high level of service to customers and prospects and increases the market and account penetration of Altec and Altec Capital's products and services.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Code and process outside invoices for payment
  • Submit termination forms to end lease transactions
  • Communicate with various vendors for backup of invoices
  • Compile invoice package for submitting to Accounts Payable
  • Assisting in the scheduling transportation of off lease returns
  • Intercompany reconciliation of payables
  • Shadow Asset Analyst to learn day to day responsibilities
  • Assist the Asset Management team with various projects
  • All other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor Degree required; Finance or Business Degree preferred,
  • Available for occasional overnight travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented with high keying accuracy
