Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing an accurate production schedule in Oracle
  • Perform schedule adjustments as needed based on production capacity & component availability
  • May coordinate body and chassis orders and manages delivery schedule
  • Create and deliver schedule to production
  • Update schedule based upon product availability
  • Create purchase orders & process invoices for major components
  • Receive major components using Oracle
  • Coordinate and manage after-market processing for individual jobs
  • Support all Roanoke operations scheduling activities as needed
  • Make recommendations on product mix
  • Communicate with sales delivery date changes
  • May review job costs
  • May interact with Account Managers and customers on schedule and delivery of units
  • All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred; Excel & Word experience required
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Supply chain and/or scheduling experience preferred

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
