The purpose of the Mobile Supervisor position is to ensure quality repair and maintenance of equipment, such that all jobs are completed with regard to Altec’s values while achieving customer goals.
**It is required that this hire will need to live in the state of Nevada.**
Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
Basic Qualifications for Entry-Level Supervisor I:
High School Diploma or GED AND
Basic Qualifications for Supervisor II (may be preferred):
Bachelor’s Degree AND
OR
High School Diploma or GED AND
Travel 0 – 25%
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills required
General PC skills required
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
Current valid Driver’s License may be required
Ability to read and interpret required manuals, prints and schematics preferred
