  • Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss or other financial activities within an organization


  • Managing US currency requirements and purchases

  • Reconcile all General Ledger Accounts

  • Reconcile all Intercompany Accounts

  • All month end adjusting entries

  • Monthly financial statements and reporting package for senior management

  • Monthly compliance reporting to banks

  • Review all invoices and submit to Markview for approval and payment

  • Sales/Rental revenue reporting for incentive calculations

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Trade AP accruals

  • Managing submission of invoices to customers who use third party processor (Taulia, Ariba)

  • Review of all deposits and supporting cash applications group in accurate recording

  • All other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s  Degree in Accounting or Finance required

  • One to three years accounting experience preferred but not required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required


  • Responsible for annual budget development for both Global and Limited


  • Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software

  • Demonstrated record of responsibility

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Motivated, goal oriented and persistent

  • Maintain Company confidentiality

  • High level of initiative with the ability to handle stressful situations

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Travel 0-25%
