Altec Capital Services (ACS) is hiring a Title, Insurance, and Tax Coordinator in Birmingham, AL. This position maintains records and provides administrative support for vehicle registration, titling and vehicle insurance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the registration, titling and insurance for leased assets
  • Create and maintain records related to taxes, liens, initial and renewal registration, new equipment, defaulted equipment, sold vehicles and titles
  • Correspond with customers, sales personnel, and third party vendors concerning the title, registration and insurance process
  • Communicate and follow-up with customers and vendors to obtain titles for leased assets
  • Initiate the end-of-lease release of titles and liens
  • Create and send invoices
  • Process Titles with the Trust
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Three years office experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of equipment finance business preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel skills required
