Basic Qualifications

We are looking for an Intern to work for our subsidary, JJ Kane, at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL for the Summer of 2023. JJ Kane is seeking a Business Analytics and Real Estate Intern . The candidate will work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the possibility of working up to 40 hours per week. 

Work with Legal and Regulatory Operations Manager, Real Estate Manager, and Legal Council on projects involving such topics as;

• Corporate Finance
• Business Analytics
• Data Analysis
• Contract Review
• Opportunity Analysis
• Real Estate Site Selection
• Property Development
• Zoning Requirements and Local Regulations
• Gain Knowledge and Assist in Initially Qualifying Environmental Requirements

 This candidate will generate insights and report to company leadership on findings and trends

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited four year college or university with a major in Business or a closely related degree.
