· Conducts transactions for inventory management (Kanban, Packing Slips, RMR, Exception Reports, VMI, etc)

· Prepare and process purchase orders (Auto Creates)

· Data organization

· Manage and expedite customer backorders

· Communicate and coordinate with suppliers

· All other duties as assigned



· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience required:

o 2 years applicable experience 

o APICS Certification counts as one year of experience

· Microsoft Office suite experience required.

· Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts preferred.

· Oracle/ERP system experience preferred.



· Must be customer service oriented

· Must be able to maintain company confidentiality

· Should be able to handle stress and deadlines

· Must be willing to participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives
