Job Description



  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel, Oracle and other software
  • Run daily and weekly reports related to open orders
  • Support obsolete inventory reviews and initiatives
  • Track inventory-related metrics
  • Support Kanban initiatives
  • Review and verify inventory counts as needed
  • Assist buyers and the greater Materials team with daily job functions
  • Participate in continuous improvement events as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Microsoft Word & Excel experience required
  • Oracle ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
