Shop Equipment Mechanic
The Shop Equipment Mechanic (R) is designated as a "Rotational" position that works at an assigned location for a temporary period, usually the term period is 2 years in Odessa, TX. Following the temporary assignment, the designee can select a preferred Altec Service Location throughout the United States. The person must travel to and lodge at the assigned work location for the duration of the 2-year work assignment. This position is to provide quality service and repair of the Altec product line and select complementary/competitive equipment, primarily but not limited to truck-mounted hydraulic equipment, and to provide basic troubleshooting requiring a high level of knowledge and experience. Safety is a primary responsibility in everything we do as is holding fast to the Altec Company Values.
